Your personal information may be shared with the members of the Viatris group of companies and trusted third parties such as service providers, agents, and suppliers in order to provide you with the products/services/information that you have requested, but will not be otherwise disclosed without your consent, except as permitted or required by law. Your personal information may also be disclosed and/or transferred to a third party in the event of a proposed or actual purchase, sale (including a liquidation, realization, foreclosure or repossession), lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal, transfer, conveyance or financing of all or any portion of Upjohn Canada or of any of the business or assets or shares of Upjohn Canada or a division thereof.
